Is it possible to use a device license to provide access to fill-out a form?
The use case is the organization would like to create a kiosk in their Lobby where individuals would complete a form. The users would not be named users in Laserfiche.
The Forms Portal would work, but these users would only be accessing the form through a single workstation onsite, so the Portal seems overkill. Another option might be to have the Kiosk's login tied to a specific domain account that is then tied to a named user in Laserfiche.
Any insights anyone might have into the options and the best solution to this problem would be greatly appreciated.
