Question

Where is the Forms Process Modeler?

asked on March 25, 2014

I updated Forms to version 9.1.1 on Friday morning and had no issues all day. I start back on Monday and all seemed fine until I tried to access the Process Modeler. The canvas is blank, my existing model is gone and I'm unable to drag new events, tasks, etc. to the canvas.

I tested the process and everything still works as it should but I am still in development and further edits are required.

I've tried the form in Firefox, Chrome and IE with the same results, no process modeler. Several other forms I've been working on are OK. I also tried copying the process but the issue remains on the copied version.

Any suggestions on what could have caused this and if there is a solution?

This issue is fixed in the official Forms 9.1.1 patch from KB 1013483.

A few other people have reported similar issues. The best thing to do at this point would be to contact your VAR so they can open a Support case with our team.

Exact same problem here, too.  Same symptoms.

Developer tools screenshot attached, showing the location of the Error generated when opening the Process Modeler.  This seems to be killing the whole screen draw.

For my forms and process models that still work, opening Process Modeler does not generate this error.

I just had the same problem. At first I was thinking it was a caching problem, but after clearing my cache in IE and Firefox still no luck.

When I look in Developer tools I see the following error:

TypeError: model._kel.connPtsPos[portNum] is undefined
