Adding Licenses to Public Portal??

 So I have a customer that currently has Standard Public Portal (25 Weblink users), and they’re in need to purchase a few more licenses.  What are their options?  Can they purchase additional licenses for this module or must they upgrade to Mid-Sized as 50 Users is overkill

I assume this is Avante. They would have to upgrade to the Midsized portal 50 user I believe. Starter(10), Standard(25), Midsize(50), Unlimited and Unlimited Dual processor are the only options. You cannot add individual licensing for the portals.
