Hello,

This is an unexpected behavior, somehow our clients 3 workstations default printer automatically got switched to laserfiche snapshot print driver.

They're claiming that no changes were made to the workstations and would like to find out if it is related to laserfiche software.

Also, they've recently upgraded to 9.1, including the server and clients except the 3 computers with the snapshot driver issue.

Has anyone ever experienced this sort of behavior and if so, what caused it?

This just happened at one of our client locations on several (but not all) PCs. Client 9.1. Any word from Laserfiche on the matter? Easy fix, but strange nonetheless.

I have not experienced this behaviour with Laserfiche Snapshot. Laserfiche Snapshot seems to behave like any other Windows print driver.

Changing the default printer is done when you choose to "Generate Pages" from the LF client with Snapshot. If you print to the Snapshot printer directly from the application this does not happen.
