Forms licensing key?

which licensing should I use to activate a client's forms?

1. Avante Forms Auth Participants

2. Laserfiche Forms

3. Avante Forms Portal

 

Currently I activated the client with Avante Forms Portal, but looks like he is missing the particiants users.

Use the Avante Forms Portal activation key. That will include the authenticated participants as well.

I checked the activation history for your customer's Avante Forms Portal key and there is no record of it being activated yet.

Thanks for the clarification Alex, I thought I typed it in while installing Forms for them.
