LF 8.3.2 install error

 I have a Windows 7 32-bit workstation that I am trying to install LF 8.3.2 but I keep getting an installation error at the Commit system changes part of the install.  I have tried the Run As Administrator option but get the same message.  Error message below:

Try the steps in KB 1013139 or have your reseller open a case with Tech Support.
