Where is the log placed for Activations/Deactivations of Quick Fields?

I have a client who is trying to deactivate his license on Machine A and move it to Machine B and the deactivation process (programs/laserfiche/quickfields/License Deactivation) is not working.

 

I'm trying to determine if and where a log is written for troubleshooting.

I feel like an idiot as I should know this. laugh 

 

I was looking to deep by looking for somewhere under ProgramData/Laserfiche/Quick Fields.

For further information regarding troubleshooting activation/deactivation issues, see KB 1012411.

 

The ActivationTool.exe utility's log file: By default the utility writes to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt" or "C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\LFActivationLog.txt."

 

Note that the differences in the location of the log file are dependent on the OS of the computer: Windows XP vs Windows Vista and later.
