Upgrade Retrieval User United to Full User United

Please we would like to know if it is possible to upgrade a specific retrieval user united to full user united?

Hi Sarah,

 

You can contact the Laserfiche Order Desk regarding user licensing changes. If this is from an administrative standpoint, it's just a matter of unchecking the "read-only" option in the user properties from the Laserfiche Administration Console.
