Will integrations written for Laserfiche 8.1 work after upgrading to 9?

I have a customer that has developed some custom integrations with Laserfiche 8.1 they are getting ready to upgrade to 9. Will the integration still work or is there a updated SDK toolkit?

Hi there,

 

Yes, your integrations written for Laserfiche 8.1 should still work when you upgrade to version 9! However, just to be sure that you don't run into any hiccups, I recommend testing this out before pushing out the upgrade to your production system.

 

There is also an updated SDK, which includes all of the previous libraries. If you are upgrading the system to version 9, you may want to upgrade the SDK to version 9 as well. For more information on the version 9 SDK, check out the release notes and list of changes.
