There is no grace period for having an invalid license (where the hardware fingerprint in the license is different than the actual computer's fingerprint). The only grace period in a Rio environment is for when the Laserfiche Server isn't able to communicate with the License Manager Server. That grace period is seven days. After that, the Laserfiche Server will stop running and if restarted, will only stay running for an hour before it stops again. Once communication with the License Manager Server is re-established, then it will resume normal functionality.
