No it's not possible because this is by design in Active Directory and a domain is the scope of security policy settings and objects that share the same database. If you require more information regarding active directory domains and trusts please click here

You must have a trust relationship between the domains. In addition that license managers service account must be a member of the local administrator group on the computer in order to collect hardware/software information to generate the license files.
