If a customer purchased Laserfiche Form Product, can it be installed on two servers?
If you have purchased Laserfiche Standard Forms, you can install unlimited number of Forms server.
For Laserfiche Forms Portal (allow for anonymous form submissions): Standard Portal is licensed per Laserfiche Forms server instance and Enterprise Portal will allow you to install on every instance.

From Aaron Jahoda: "In Laserfiche Rio, multiple instances of Forms Server can be installed per license. So if you want Forms connected to two Laserfiche Servers, you would need to install two instances of Forms, but you could do this with one Forms Server license."
Hi Rob, thanks for pointing this out to me! Aaron is indeed correct, the answer for this question is now out of date in regards to how Laserfiche Forms is now licensed. I have now updated my answer.
If you are licensed for Forms, you can install unlimited instances of the standard Laserfiche Forms Server. The Forms Portal Add-on, however, is licensed per instance. For more licensing information, see this page in the online help.
