In License Manager 8.3 the whole manager was overhauled. In 8.3 (and future versions) it monitors Active Directory groups, so if you set up the appropriate monitoring rule on your AD groups and remove a user from one of those groups, that user will automatically become unlicensed in Laserfiche. 

I'm told that the integration works such that Laserfiche is polling AD for changes, and not the other way around. So with monitoring rules in place, Laserfiche can see and react to things happening in AD.
