Using Full and Read-only Licenses with WebLink

We have a client with 25 full users and 3 retrieval licenses.  Our client has Weblink and has it set for auto login with the retrieval licenses.  Is there a way to have it also use the full licenses as well?

Hey Gray,

 

There is indeed a way to have WebLink pull from the full licenses. Assuming that the client is on Team/United, they can use turn on Flexible Licensing which will allow users to pull from the full licenses when the retrieval licenses run out. Keep in mind that although users can pull from the full licenses, it doesn’t change the fact the WebLink only provides read-only functionality. You can turn Flexible licensing on/off in the Administration Console. I’ve attached a screenshot for clarification.
