Does LSAP cover version upgrades? Customer who installed LF9 with LSAP is entitled to V10 in the future.

LSAP does cover version upgrades and hotfixes; it includes technical support, software updates and provides customers with 100% credit for software purchased that can be applied towards upgrades or change of platform.
