RIO move from temp lic to live licenses

I have a customer that configured their system using the temp RIO licenses in the past. When we went to activate the new licenses is reported the database already has a license registered. I would like to transfer the license but I don't want to loose the usernames and applications already registered. Any ideas?

To avoid this issue, you can just choose to ‘Import the master license from a file’ instead of ‘Request the master license from Laserfiche’.  Things should work as expected if you go that route.  Check out this KB article for more information.
