Forms 12.0.2607.40137 Update "Enabled the READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT"

In the Forms 12.0.2607.40137 update, one of the bullet points is "Enabled the READ_COMMITTED_SNAPSHOT SQL Server setting by default to improve concurrency and potentially reduce performance issues when under heavy load. (613008)". Is this changed for existing Forms databases or is it only for new ones?

Hi Blake,

This setting will be enabled when you upgrade Forms database as well, not only for new created databases.
