Laserfiche 12 Snapshot - issues with printing excel files - An error occurred during the import process.

Our users are experiencing issues printing with LF12 Snapshot and specific Excel files. I haven't found the commonality, but the issue doesn't occur with LF11 Snapshot. The Excel files don't have any odd formatting.

Any help/thoughts appreciated!

Hi Gordon,
Would you be able to provide the text file generated during the failure along with the exact error message? This will help us pinpoint the content that may be causing the issue.

Before sharing, please make sure to remove or replace any sensitive or private information in the .txt file. If the error details themselves contain sensitive data, you can instead submit a support ticket and provide the file there securely. Thank you!

As a temporary workaround, you may also try using OCR to generate the text, which could help you proceed while we investigate the root cause of the issue.
