Configuring a User to Use Read‑Only WebLink Access and Full Client Access from a Licensed PC

We have a situation where a user normally accesses our repository through Laserfiche WebLink with read‑only permissions. This works as expected.

However, the same user now has a dedicated workstation that is licensed with a full Laserfiche Client/Scanner device license, and we want them to have full scan/modify rights only when using that PC. When they access from anywhere else (e.g., WebLink), they should remain read‑only.

Is there a recommended way to configure Laserfiche security so that:

The user remains read‑only when using WebLink
The same user gets full rights when logged in from the device‑licensed PC

You just need to assign them the access they will need when using the Web Client. WebLink is always read-only, regardless of what you set their permissions to.
