Laserfiche AI How To Installation and Upgrades

Hi All,

If you're going to use smart fields in a hybrid setup with a self-hosted solution, and you have 3 on-premise servers:-

1. LFS/LFFTS Server

2. Workflow Server

3. Forms & Web Client Server

Which server/s needs internet access to communicate with the LF cloud hybrid instance?

Hi Chris,

It should just be whichever server you choose to install the Laserfiche AI Service on. Refer to https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/12/userguide/en-us/content/admin-laserfiche-ai.htm for additional information.
