Hi everyone. I got licensing question. The company I work for, got a Laserfiche perpetual license.  No expiration date.

We got implemented Server, Workflows, web access, forms, mobile modules. Two years ago, forms was deprecated. We are not longer using or even having a form server.

While we want to keep paying our reseller for the support of things we have,  we do not want to pay for the things we are not longer using. In my knowledge, having a perpetual license allow us even not paying anything and the master license will stay activated anyways. So, we are paying for support only.

Is that possible?

My understanding is that you can't exclude things from your support renewal that you already purchased. So even though you aren't using it, you still have to pay support. That being said, I would look at switching to subscription licensing (not Cloud) because all self-hosted systems will need to switch to subscription licensing by 2030. For details I would contact your Solution Provider.
