401: Unauthorized when Trying to Download Laserfiche 12 Installer

When I go the help files and click the Download button to download the Laserfiche 12 Installer, I get a 401: Unauthorized page.

Looks like your LSSP is expired (as your Answers account is marked as "Guest"), so this is expected.

Not sure if you are still encountering this issue but the link to the LF12 download from the documentation appears to be working currently.  Obviously confirm that you are logged into the support site.
