Import from Google drive or One Drive

Hi Everyone,

 

There used to be an option to import from Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive if you wanted to import documents into your repository on Laserfiche Cloud.
I no longer see that option.

 

First, what happened with the import option from either drive?

And secondly, what can I do to import directly from any of the drives, or has Laserfiche removed that option?

Those options were deprecated in 2024 and removed last year. See the announcement here.

Both Google Drive and OneDrive appear as disk drives in Windows Explorer, so they are available to users to drag and drop files from them into the repository. If an automated solution is preferred, Import Agent or Quick Fields can be used to import files into the repository on a schedule.
