Easy way to get a list of variables and respective ID's

Hi all,

Just wondering is there an easy way to get a list of the variables in a form with their corresponding ID's?

Have looked around but wondering with the updates has there been any new features that provide this.

Thanks I was hoping to avoid going via the backend but it seems like this is the best way.
