difference between forms tasks and forms processes

What is the difference between "complete forms tasks" and "create forms processes"? It's 2 things that differentiates a "named full user" & a "participant user" license.

Is it one can use a form/workflow & one that can create a form/workflow?

Complete Forms Tasks (Participant) - The ability to claim, or be assigned, and complete user task steps. For example, a task to approve/reject a submitted form (i.e., participate in the process).

Create Forms Processes (Named User) - Ability to create/modify entire business processes, like creating a new form and all the steps/tasks that occur after submission.
