Laserfiche Installer Not Showing Updates for Dec 2 Updates

asked on December 30, 2025

I am running the Laserfiche Installer Launcher 12.0.2511.923 and Installer 12.0.2511.1340, Directory Server 12.0.2510.261, and Directory Server STS 12.0.2510.143, but the installer is not showing that the Dec 2 updates for Directory Server and Directory Server STS are available.

This has been addressed. Customers should start seeing the updated versions of Directory Server and Directory Server STS in the next four hours or so.

@████████ and @████████ you should see the updated versions now when you refresh the products in the Laserfiche Installer.

I pulled the trigger and updated what's available. Not sure if it's my configuration but it appears when attaching, lfds auth works fine. When just logging into the repository using lfds auth, it loops to the logon screen.

We upgraded and yesterday things seem to appear fixed on our end too.

We're seeing the same thing. But I also notice the Laserfiche Installer says that it cannot update so it uses the previous version on the machine and wonder if that has anything to do with it.

I've been getting that error on occasion, too. I thought it was getting blocked by Security. Downloading and reinstalling the latest exe usually works.

There was an update to the installer on November 24 that required you to manually download and install the update for the installer. It is noted in the change log. This is a different issue then what I posted about.

Thanks for that. Just confirming to close the loop on my end...I downloaded that updated installer and the message no longer shows.
