I've just upgraded our first client site to the new fall release of Laserfiche 12, and it looks like it's automatically started a full re-index of the text catalog for the repository.

Is this expected with the new upgrade? I can't see anything mentioned in the release notes?

EDIT: This is upgrading from LFFTS version 11.0.2302.1506 to version 12.0.2509.186.

At the moment I'm only upgrading their UAT system so it's not a big issue. If we're expecting to see this in production environments however we'll need to factor this in due to the computing requirements, additional disk space and lack of text search ability during the re-index.
