Hi,

We've recently upgraded from LF 11 to LF 12 (self hosted) and all seemed to go well. The first process we tested, would process fine up until the stage where it creates a repository entry. It gets stuck 'In Progress' at the stage where it should be creating the PDF to the repository and doesn't give any errors.

We've tried some basic setup checks / reinstalling parts but still have the issue. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions on troubleshooting steps we can take or common causes of this?
