Outlook Office Integration stuck connecting to LF Cloud

We have one user where their MS Outlook "Save to Repository" asks for the Account ID. Other Office apps, like Word, prompt for the on-prem repository as expected. 

How do we re-configure the Outlook Add-in to no longer try to connect to LF Cloud?

  • Needs to be installed on a Windows client. To get latest bug fixes: KB1014488.

To remove the Laserfiche Office Integration ("Save to Repository") configuration:

  • Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
  • Delete key "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Laserfiche\LFOfficePlugin"
    • This key will be recreated when you attach your repository.

 

Warning: Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor. Modify the registry at your own risk.
