What happened to Activation Keys? They are still required by the upgrade installer.

Suddenly all our customers do not have any activation keys. Only installation codes.

All the pages look like this

When I use the installation code to start an installation, it takes it and begins the installation only to ask me for an Activation Key as well. Now these services that are being upgraded are already activated and working without issue. So why are we prompted for an activation key when the keys have all been replaced with only a single code?

I have to cancel today's installation because of this change.

The support site appears to be having issues today loading most of the backend database related content.  I didn't see a planned maintenance announcement so I would assume this is an unintentional outage.  I would suggest rescheduling any installations or upgrades until the site is online in a more stable fashion.

If you're still seeing it, please open support cases. We are not seeing any errors from our side.

I was trying to open a support case before making this post but I could not open a support case because all our customers had no products listed which is a required field to open a case.

This morning everything is back to normal.

I had a dozen issues yesterday. I got logged out immediately after logging in about 10 times in a row. The download of the LF 12 installer kept saying 404 but eventually worked.
