Email Windows Client

Good morning, is there a workaround for being able to email within Laserfiche using the new Outlook?  I have tried the Tasks tab and right-clicking and emailing page(s) and the document with no success.  It's my understanding the new Outlook is preventing this from working.  I have attached a screenshot of what users are encountering.  We have never received this popup window before.  Any help is appreciated.

Please disregard.  I see there is a Fall 2025 self-hosted release for the new Outlook integration.

Hi Trevor,

What is the issue that occurs after you choose a profile? I do think that the prompt is from New Outlook, but I would expect that selecting the profile would allow you to continue.

Integration with New Outlook is not part of the Fall 2025 release, and the future work currently planned for New Outlook is for archiving emails from within Outlook itself and should be unrelated this behavior which is primarily driven by the mail application, possibly the one set as the default for the .msg file type.

We are able to select the correct profile and run through the create email process.  The email appears and we can enter text and click send, but it never goes through.  The receiver never gets the message.  We have checked all folders in Outlook.
