Change default ODBC driver

We are currently using Laserfiche 10.4 and are trying to set up a new repository with an Azure SQL database. When we try and set up the database, we are getting an ODBC error. The database is unable to accept ODBC driver 11 but it Looks like Laserfiche is trying to default to this (We have uninstalled the ODBC 11 driver and this still happens). Is There a way we can default/change it to use ODBC driver 18?
