I just finished a building a Bank Statement template with fields Date Debit Credit and Total Balance of Credits in LF Cloud Account and I used smart fields to extract the data.

First, I separated the pdf file into single pages then applied the template to the page and gave me multi - Valued fields I used prompts "for each date Extract amount in the Credit Column if blank insert "-" ".  Since I know that date appears each transaction and in order to read the line. I prompt the DETAILS Field because it was multi lines "for each date Extract ALL LINES IN DETAIL CLOMUN"  However when you loop through the multi value fields using Indexes I would was not able to match up the amounts to each date. So I Prompted to insert a "-" dash for debit or credit if it was Blank. Hence, I got a perfect match. To extract the right fields prompt with plain english Document Type field in the description "Read the document and determine the type of "  Ask Co-pilot for suggestions.

Answer is Smart Invoices can easily be consumed by Smart Fields
