Similar to this post from 2020, I'm cleaning up our repository and am trying to create a workflow to convert an existing record folder to a working folder. I have a workflow that successfully removes the Retention Schedule and Cutoff Instruction from a folder, but it still remains a record folder.
In Laserfiche Cloud, the only way I can get the folder to convert is by manually removing the Retention Schedule and Cutoff Instruction, and then clicking OK on the prompt that asks to confirm the removal of the record properties.
Is there a way to automate this task via a workflow? I'm hoping to find a solution that doesn't require a manual confirmation to convert the folder type, because of the volume of record folders that need to be converted.
Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
