Today, September 1st 2025, Laserfiche announces the sunset for Laserfiche Community User licenses. This only impacts the packaging SKUs. The product will continue to be developed, maintained and supported. December 31st 2025 is the last day to purchase Community User licenses. Next year, User licensing options will include Full Users or Participants. Education customers will continue to be offered a discounted bulk rate for Participants sold as Education Users. Existing customers who previously purchased Community Users can renew their subscriptions including the Community User SKU. Existing customers expanding Community User licenses in 2026 will be asked to update to Participant Users.
