Effective September 1, 2025, Laserfiche is announcing the sunset of the US Municipal Site License package for populations under 10,000. This change affects packaging SKUs only. All Laserfiche products included in the package will continue to be developed, maintained, and supported. 

The last day to purchase this specific site license package is December 31, 2025. After this date, new purchases of the under 10,000 population package will no longer be available for sale. Municipal customers and prospects can choose from alternative options, including: 

  • The US Municipal Site License for populations under 15,000 

  • Standard configurations available in the Laserfiche price list 

Existing customers who previously purchased the under-10,000 package can continue to renew their subscriptions, and support will remain in place. Only new sales of this package will be discontinued.
