Today, September 1st, 2025, Laserfiche announces the End-of-Life and software maintenance for the Laserfiche Integration with Ellucian Ethos. The two remaining active customers using the integration have been notified and we are working on transitioning them to alternative solutions. On October 1st, 2025, we will no longer sell new instances of the integration or renewals of existing subscriptions to the integration. December 31, 2025, Laserfiche will end Cloud services and technical support for the Cloud integration with Ellucian Ethos, marking the End-of-life for the Laserfiche Cloud Integration. 

Product Migration Options 

We encourage you to consult with your Solution Provider to see which is the best path for your content management needs going forward. For customers interested in using an integration with the Ellucian Ethos database, the alternative option is to build a custom connector or consider an alternative iPaaS offering.  

Customers with current support will be given credit towards a purchase of additional Laserfiche products such as User licenses. Credit does not apply to non-Laserfiche products or services. An exception of downgrades in total support are allowed in the case that you want to end support of the EOL Laserfiche product without purchasing additional product.
