Today, Sept 1st 2025, Laserfiche announces the End-of-Life and software maintenance for the Laserfiche Smart Invoice Capture product. On October 1st, 2025, we will no longer sell new instances of the product. Renewal sales of existing subscriptions to the product will also end  this year on, December 31, 2025. At the end of next year, December 31st, 2026, Laserfiche will end Cloud services and technical support for the Laserfiche Smart Invoice Capture, marking the End-of-life for the Laserfiche Cloud Integration. 

Product Migration Options 

We encourage you to consult with your Solution Provider to see which is the best path for your content management needs going forward. Earlier this year, we launched Laserfiche Smart Fields that introduced AI technology for extracting much of the same data currently processed with Smart Invoice Capture. While not limited to invoices, Smart Fields can also perform other actions such as translation. Existing customers currently using Laserfiche Smart Invoice Capture are encouraged to consider transitioning to Smart Fields over the course of the next year.  

Customers with current support will be given credit towards a purchase of additional Laserfiche products such as additional Smart Fields usage. Credit does not apply to non-Laserfiche products or services. An exception of downgrades in total support are allowed in the case that you want to end support of the EOL Laserfiche product without purchasing additional product.
