We are a new cloud customer. I want to install Snapshot so users can print into Laserfiche. I have already installed LF Scanning and Webtools from the Cloud web client when I scanned for the first time. The versions installed (which appear to be the most current) are:
Laserfiche Webtools agent - 11.0.2502.10
Laserfiche Scanning - 11.0.2405.236
When I try to run the Windows Client install, after it comes up showing me those two items as detected, it immediately pops up with this:
If I try to run "lfsnapshot-x64_en.exe" by itself, it tries to install and seems to get most of the way through (possibly to the point of installing a service), and then rolls back. The Windows Event Viewer shows an error code of 1603.
I'm looking for assistance in getting Snapshot installed. Thank you!
