laserfiche 12 office intergration

I have installed laserfiche 12 and it works perfectly well, except for office intergration part. I can not find it on microsoft office at all. neither in active add-ins, inactive nor diasbled add-ins. What could be the problem? I have tried to repair repository web client but nothing changed.

The Office plug-in is installed on the client machines. The web client will offer it for download when a user attempts to open an Office document if it's not already installed.

Please also note that the Laserfiche Office plug-in for Outlook only works with Classic Outlook, so after installing you won't see an add-in in "New Outlook".
