Will the Laserfiche 12 Client Suite Office Integration include support for the new Outlook

I have several customers asking if the Laserfiche 12 Client Suite be included with the April 7 spring release and if so, will the Office integration include support for the new Outlook?

Hi Bert,

The Laserfiche 12 Client Suite is included in the Spring 2025 release. That release of the Client Suite does not include a new Outlook integration compatible with New Outlook.

The existing COM-based Outlook integration is fundamentally incompatible with New Outlook (which does not support COM add-ins) and thus cannot be "updated" to add support. We're building a new one based on the new web-based plugin architecture (New Outlook is basically embedded Outlook Web App).
