On May 1, 2025, Laserfiche will remove lower TLS protocols (1.0 and 1.1) for its activation server. As a result, some version 11 and older applications will no longer be able to activate licenses during installation or use the version of the Activation Tool included in their respective installs.
This change does not affect Subscription, Rio or Avante setups using Laserfiche Directory Service to generate licenses.
You will still be able to generate licenses for these older applications manually using a newer version of the Activation Tool (already available with Laserfiche Directory Service 11.0). KB1014471 will be updated shortly with a copy of the tools. Watch this post for an updated list of applications.
