Best means to update and change servers

Hello Again....

Looking to upgrade our self hosted install from LF11 to 12, and migrate the install to new servers. Has anyone tackled this? If so, do you recommend upgrading the install on the old server, and then moving to the new server, or installing on the new server, and then attaching repositories to the new server, allowing it to update the repositories to LF12 from there?

If you don't have a lot of experience with migrating Laserfiche systems to new servers and/or upgrading, I would upgrade on the existing servers and use it for a couple of weeks to make sure everything is working as expected.

Once you feel comfortable, I would then migrate to the new servers.

This allows you to verify where any errors or issues may be coming from.
