I would want assistance in the best route to go for a client who is currently on an old laserfiche system with the below details

Product Edition (Laserfiche Standard), Version 9.1.1, License laserfiche Classic and they are in the edition that uses concurrent licensing. Their backend Databse is Oracle 11g.

They want to upgrade to version 11 and so they will have to go the Avante way and also change their DB to SQL because Oracle  is not supported. 

Please advise on the best practise to follow to achieve this upgrade because there are some questions arising. 

Is it possible to ugrade directly from classic to Avante? Does the current version (LF 9.1.1) support Oracle DB to SQL DB migration using the laserfiche migration tool or do I have to upgrade the LF version first?
