Audit Trail - Add Filter button missing?

The Add Filter button is not showing up in Audit Trail. I see that it should exist based on this post but on my screen it is not there and I can not filter by any thing after selecting events

In Audit Trail 11, the event filters are now set by clicking the "filter" icon next to the appropriate columns in the report.

Ah I see, and I was able to find the column I needed, thank you!
