Desktop Client login issue with On-Prem Laserfiche SAML authentication with Microsoft Entra ID and LFDS 11 Update 5

We recently followed Samuel Carson's guide, "Configuring SAML Authentication with Microsoft Entra ID and LFDS 11 Update 5+ (May 2024)", to configure SAML authentication for our On-Premise Laserfiche environment using Microsoft Entra ID. While the Web clients are working perfectly, we are facing an issue with the Desktop client.

On the Desktop client, clicking the "Entra ID" button successfully redirects to Entra for authentication, and I am authenticated. However, after that, it loops back to the LFDSSTS authentication page without logging into the repository.

We've checked the Windows Event Viewer but haven't found any errors related to this issue. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have insights into getting the Desktop client to work with SAML authentication? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Please open a support case so we can get trace logs to troubleshoot. To get the trace logs, enable LFSO tracing from Help->About->Tracing, reproduce the problem with tracing enabled (don't forget to disable the tracing).  We will check the log files for any LFDS errors.
