Today, August 2nd 2024, Laserfiche announces the End-of-Life for Laserfiche Small College Site License and Sandbox packages. This only impacts the packaging SKUs. The products themselves will continue to be developed, maintained and supported. Once converted to a currently listed SKU, customers will continue to have access to the software and support services tied to the products. The last day to access the software and support under the legacy SKU from the Laserfiche Cloud and Laserfiche Support Site is Dec 31st, 2025. On Dec 31st, 2025, customers will need to transfer to a current SKU to continue with technical support. It marks the End-of-life for these legacy SKUs. 

Small College Site Package Alternatives: The few current customers will be converted to a replicated package with the current SKUs. They will be offered a multi-year term to maintain their legacy package price point with minimal price impact.  

Self-hosted Sandbox Package Alternatives: There are no active customers with the Sandbox package. Most customers prefer to upgrade to the Business Tier, which includes three sandbox environments, or purchase a test license with more flexible licensing configurations than the legacy Sandbox package.
