Please I need some help on this one,

I have a scenario where  documents are routed to a User to treat. Each User has own default folder where they receive the shortcut of documents assigned/routed to them. We have configured this usng workflow and its working perfectly

However, we want a scenario where each User cannot see each other's Folder Only the owner of the Folder can have access to it and the content. The aim is to deny access to that document that has been routed.

So the question is: Is there  a way to use workflow to limit folder access to the User who owns the folder? We are a bit weary of Applying Security Tags to documents as I have found that you cannot use workflow to assign Security Tag to a User otherwise we would just assign a security Tag access to a User and apply that that tag also to a document
