Dear All,

We have a scenario in which a Senior Staff can route  the shortcut of a document to a User's default folder and the user will receive notification. We have several users with own folder and anyone who is assigned a document receives a shortcut of that document in their folder This is working.

How ever we want that the folder is available only to the user who owns the folder and nobody else and that the routed document  can only be seen by the person that it is routed to. Is there a way to achieve this using workflow. 

I thought of assigning Security Tag to Users using workflow but this doesnt seem to be the right way to go.
