Hi,

Is there a possibiltiy of License regeneration of the LFDS server and the inherent applications. A customer requested for this feature because they have setup a disaster recovery envionment and they want if there is need to use this environment, it would want laserfiche to recognize the change in fingerprint and deactivate the odl license for LFDS and activate the new license with the DR fingerprint. Let me know if this feature is available

For DR setups, we recommend either (1) domain-based licensing or (2) using the LFDS clustering feature, which leverages Windows Failover clustering and ensures the HWFP-locked license can run on the backup servers.

Dear Brianna,

I would like more information regarding the domain-based licensing. If I may give you information regarding the current scenario. The client has a production environment that has two servers that are already in a Failover Cluster with the two serfvers being nodes in the cluster. Now the requirement is that they want a Disaster Recovery setup that is a replica of the Production setup. How can this be achieved without having to regenerate the LFDS license and the application licenses?
